Bernadette Ryan has a life long practice of backyard gardening for vegetable greens, and herbs to enjoy and share, as well as flowers for bees. Between 2000 to 2017, she with Greg Wilding initiated National Association for Sustainable Agriculture (NASA) certification on beautiful Hambly Lane farm at Newrybar near Byron Bay (now known as Fox Farm Organics) for commercial production of salad greens which were sold in the area. They quickly moved to Bio-dynamic growing methods, preferring to use naturalpreparations for improved sustainably of both soil and produce.
